Dodgeball Canada is offering a discounted rate on registration for any teams who choose to book their accommodations through our partner hotel. Teams who book a minimum of 8 nights total during the duration of the tournament will receive a $200 reduction on their team fee.
If athletes from different teams share the same accommodations, the number of room nights counted will be split between the number of teams represented on the booking. (Example: If a player from Valkyrie and a player from Fury plan to share a room for 4 nights, 2 nights will count towards Valkyrie’s total, and 2 nights will count towards Fury’s total).

Registration deadline is April 20, 2026. This is the date that teams MUST have registration complete with ALL team members rostered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payments must be finalized by April 24, 2026.

Volunteers will receive an event t-shirt, a 10% discount at the VC merch zone, as well as lunch, dinner and snacks provided throughout the event.
This tournament will be following the Dodgeball Canada Rulebook (2022 WDBF foam rulebook, with Dodgeball Canada revisions).
All officials must be a member of Dodgeball Canada and attend a 1-hour Referee Orientation in the weeks leading up to the event.
