The Tournament will be held at the Haumaru Sport & Recreation Centre on Cameron Road in Tauranga. We have access to the facility from 7.30am. Games will start at 8.25am.

Hope you all booked to stay the long weekend and enjoy some of what Tauranga has to offer. Make sure you look into whether or not walking tracks are open before going adventuring, there have been a lot of weather based closures recently. I believe Papamoa Hills track has been re-opened since the slips and I would highly reccomend as you get a great view of all of Tauranga and down to Mount Maunganui. Surfing is also huge in the area and Tom from Hakanini Surf School is the best in the biz. If you wish to learn to surf or simply rent a board for the day I would suggest you contact him in advance but he often accomodates walk in as the Legend he is.
Lloyds Deli is right down the street and has the best Sandwiches, Pizza, and Coffee in town. Prices range from a basic egg breaky sando at $12 up to a Chicken Parm at $23, Pizzas somewhere around the $30 mark. All well worth their cost in my opinion, I'll see you there at Lunch for sure.

Prizegiving and The After Party will be held at The Island on Sunday. We are booked from 6.30pm. They Have BBQ, Pizzas, Burgers, Tacos, Salads, and a range of Sides. Its a huge venue that is friendly to all ages. There will likely be some kind of music on till late as well.
