The 11th World Championships will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, from December 5-13, 2026, with compeition beginning on the 6th and wrapping up with gold medal matches on the 12th.
The event will feature both the cloth and foam formats, with six divisions in total. We are expecting to welcome even more athletes and officials than the 2024 World Championships, which brought together 1,400 participants from 36 countries across all six continents.
The WDBF is proud to work alongside the Thailand Dodgeball Association to deliver a world-class international event in one of Asia’s most dynamic host cities.
Union Hall, part of the larger Union Mall complex, will play host to the 11th World Championships in December.
The venue is situated at the Lat Phrao junction in Bangkok, the center of the northern business district.
Union Mall is served directly by the BTS Skytrain and the MRT subway line, and is less than 3 kms from the Chatuchak Weekend Market, the largest weekend market in the world.
A range of accommodations will be available, with options being shared with National Federation representatives.
The venue is air conditioned, and portable sport court flooring will be used to accommodate the required number of courts.
The Bazaar Hotel Bangkok is the official host hotel for the 2026 WDBF World Championships.
